As we are approaching the high-stakes tournament update, it is becoming more and more crucial to define a sound strategy.
What does it take for a Cutie to win? What kind of Cutie should you choose as champion? What equipment should it have?
We went through a lot of tournament winners, and now we have all the answers for you.
Level 1–3 tournaments
Junior tournaments are as intense as the veteran ones, but there are specific victory factors that are special to this group.
Cuties that thrive in junior tournaments are uniques. Their initial bonuses seem to greatly influence the outcomes.
The set that most winners wear is the Napoleon set mixed with two other items from season IV.
The other set that winners wear is the warlord’s armor set mixed with two other items from season IV.
Level 4–6 tournaments
When it comes to a bit more experienced Cuties, regular Cuties that are strong in tournament’s elements win the most.
In terms of gear, there is no definite answer as to which one is the best. However, most winners carry the Phase Blade as a weapon.
Level 7–9 tournaments
In the senior league, unique Cuties seem to be dominating the arena. Most of the winners of these battles are uniques.
And there is a definite favorite among the sets. An overwhelming percentage of winners are wearing Daywalker’s set. Some of them have a full one, but most substitute the weapon for another one from Season IV.
Level 10–12 tournaments
The top league is very similar to the 7–9 one. Unique Cuties take the cake here as well. The percentage of regular Cuties among the tournament winners is fairly small. Most of the top league winners are uniques.
The top league also adores the Daywalker’s set, but the nosferatu set is also helping Cuties reach the top.
How to win a tournament?
In conclusion, there are three factors for Cutie’s tournament success:
- Season’s gear
- Being the top level allowed in the tournament bracket
