The Sandbox and TIMEPieces, the latter being an NFT community initiative from TIME, announced a new partnership in order to develop TIME’s first foray into the metaverse – dubbed ‘TIME Square’.

TIME is to auction three first-ever NFTs (non-fungible tokens) inspired by one of TIME’s most iconic covers and including an original cover created especially for the auction.
