Cartlads are original pixel art NFTs created by @pxlhns (pixelhans), stored as ERC721 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain.

Each Cartlad has different traits like hats or backgrounds, which makes them entirely unique! Cartlads are designed to bring nostalgic video game cartridges back to life. They can be enjoyed as NFT collectibles and purchased on OpenSea.

Each Cartlad is carefully designed by hand and originally created by the pixel artist pixelhans. Cartlads are created as 64x64 pixel art GIFs that are scaled up to 640x640 px to ensure a high resolution across all devices.

Cartlads come in a variety of 20 different types and with unique animation styles. Together with almost 100 uniquely designed traits like hats various accessoires and backgrounds. Each Cartlad is truly a unique collectible pixel lad that is looking for a new owner!

The incentive idea for Cartlads has been due to the tremendous support of the NFT Community for pixelhans and his work. Cartlads is a team of 4 people and while having two people already experienced with NFTs we would still call ourselves fairly new to the NFT realm. But we're all eager to learn from each other to push this project further and are always open to hear your suggestions and ideas!

To reward early adopters and ensure value, 1000 cartlads will be released on opensea with a bonding curve. Therefore it is recommended to get one as early as possible.
